MACRO ATTACHMENTS
Macro attachments are Ø92мм lenses in frames that, when mounted on professional cinema objectives, provide the enlarged image by capturing subjects at closer distances than are indicated on the range scales.
The complete set of accessories for macro attachments includes:
- four macro lenses in frames with optical power (in diopters) +0.5; +1; +2 and +3
- four special cases for storing attachments
- three additional adapter rings for mounting attachments onto lenses of various international manufacturers
Macro attachments can be mounted on cine lenses with outer fitting diameters:
- Ø114mm (without adapter rings);
- Ø110mm (using an adapter ring KP Ø114-Ø110mm);
- Ø95mm (using the adapter ring KP Ø114-Ø95mm);
- Ø80mm (using an adapter ring KP Ø114-Ø80mm).
Macro attachments have an outer fitting diameter of Ø114mm, which allows installing additional accessories (matte boxes, LMB, etc.) if required.
LOMO have carried out the testing of attachments in combination with the "ILLUMINA S35" cine objectives of series MK-II and MK-III and as a result minimum focusing distances (MFD), horizontal object image dimensions (HID) and image scaling factors (ISF) were experimentally observed, which are given in the table bellow for reference.
